When choosing a therapist, it’s important to feel a connection, and know that they’re authentic, always keeping your best interest in mind.
I create a safe and confidential space with no judgment so that my clients feel comfortable talking. My primary goal is to give my clients tools, and self-awareness enabling them to make empowered choices, that will create a future that is both rewarding and fulfilling.
I work with clients to help them discover how being on “autopilot” (reacting out of habit) doesn’t produce the results you want. Instead, I teach them to reflect on what’s happening around them, and consciously choose the most appropriate, and effective behaviors or actions. They learn to use intention, and perspective to align their thoughts, actions, and results. They discover how to experiment with different ways of managing themselves, and interacting with others.
Life is full of transitions, and change can be hard. Whether you’re a grieving senior, a worried parent, or an overwhelmed teen, an empathetic therapist to listen and guide you can help you move forward with optimism.
By providing encouragement and a safe space for open discussion, I’m here to motivate you. Our sessions provide structure.
I offer individual, family, and group therapy in person or via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone. Clients work with me through weekly meetings combined with the opportunity to text or email me when in need. This provides a contact level and support system that differs greatly from other professionals and serves as a safety net.
